I am not ashamed to admit that I use Twitter and Facebook to keep up with the latest construction news and industry events. A few weeks ago I received an invitation from an industry publication for an interview of me. I was excited to share with them my thoughts on the role of social media in construction.
I agree that construction companies are really important to the development of their industry. But I believe there’s a lot of room for us to influence the industry by using social media. And I think that we can do it effectively. In part, that is because we are using social media to spread information, and that’s a good thing. But this is also because we are using social media to form new relationships and connections, and that is also a good thing.
So the first thing we will do is to focus on the role of social media in the construction industry. This is a topic that is covered extensively in a lot of the other articles on this site, but theres a lot of confusion surrounding how social networking works. Most people assume that it is about connecting with other people and having conversations, while I see it as the opposite. Social networking is about building great relationships with other people in the industry.
Well first of all, the first thing is that the term “social media” is a bit of a misnomer. “Social media” is a marketing strategy to connect with your customers via your website and social media, but its really about building relationships. It is not just about connecting with people in your company and getting to know them, but about connecting with the people who will be going through your projects, and building a relationship with them.
One thing that comes to mind is that social media is a great way to get feedback for your work from your customer base. That doesn’t mean that you have to be the best architect on the planet. The challenge is that you don’t have to be an expert in every field, but it is important to be a good person. In fact, it is highly advisable to be a good person if you are building a relationship with people.

We build relationships that build trust and build our credibility. When we do this, we can build a relationship with our clients which will carry them through the rest of their lives.
